I offer yoga which is accessible to anybody. Whatever your age or fitness level there are modifications for all yoga poses meaning these classes are suitable for a total beginner as well as the more experienced student. It’s not about being flexible or contorting yourself into perfect yoga asanas. These classes allow each individual to explore their own limits and to get in tune with the body and mind.
